What data we have
When you use Zalfa, we store the following data associated with your account:
- Your name, email address, and profile picture (from your sign-in provider)
- Conversation history with Zalfa
- Content you've shared with her (media, files, drafts)
- Account preferences and notification settings
- Session and authentication data
What happens when you request deletion
- Deleted: Your account, conversation history, shared content, preferences, and session data.
- Retained: Anonymized analytics that cannot be linked back to you. Data we are required by law to retain may be kept for up to 30 days after deletion.
Timeline
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. After deletion is complete, your account and data cannot be recovered.
